Reservations - Halford Hill
Please read through our terms and conditions
prior to booking.
Terms quoted are pounds sterling per week.
Electricity, fuel, bed linen, cot and high chair are supplied
free of charge.
We recommend you telephone or e-mail prior
to sending the booking form to confirm availability on the
dates you require. We have a 24 hour answer phone, please
leave your name and telephone number, and we will return
your call as quickly as possible.
Your reservation will be held for seven days
pending receipt of your booking form and payment of 25%
deposit.
All bookings will be confirmed by us in writing.
Friday changeover
Please note that Halford Hill operates from Friday
to Friday.
WINTER SHORT BREAKS
2009
Up to 3 nights at £443. Extra nights charged pro rata
of weekly rate or short breaks are charged at 75% of the
weekly rate ot the Winter Short Break if it is higher.
Smaller Party Reductions
6 persons or less (doesn't apply to short breaks).
Weekly rate reduced by 25%, not available at peak weeks.
Priority for next Year’s
Holiday
To ensure that former guests have first choice of dates,
provisional bookings for the following year can be made
during your stay. With a provisional booking no charge is
made until we write and ask you to confirm prior to the
new season, in December.
Terms & Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of 25% is payable
upon booking.
The balance is due one calendar
month prior to arrival.
Cheques should be made payable to
‘Wilson's Holidays’.
Please arrange your own holiday insurance
as you are liable for the cost of the holiday. However,
in the event of you being unable to take up your booking,
we will do our utmost to obtain another guest, without prejudice
to our right to the full rent if remaining vacant.
Personal Belongings
Cars, contents, baggage, etc and all personal items are
at the owner’s risk. The client will be liable for
any damage to the property or its contents.
Children are welcome
Parents must take responsibility for their children who
play at their own risk.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at no extra
cost.
Please bring their own bed / basket, and keep them off all
furniture.
During the period of the holiday, the Holidaymaker undertakes the following:
(a) That the number of people occupying the property will not exceed the number stated on the booking form. If it does the Property Owner/caretaker can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the property or make the Holidaymaker leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens it shall be considered that the holiday has been cancelled by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Owner for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
(b) That the property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Holidaymaker and his party.
(c) To show due consideration for other parties. If the Holidaymaker abuses the property or displays dangerous, offensive or rude behaviour to the Property Owner/caretaker or any third parties (e.g neighbours), the Property Owner/caretaker has the right to ask the Holidaymaker to leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens the holiday is considered to be cancelled by the Holidaymaker and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the owner for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
(d) To allow the Property Owner or his representatives access to the property at any reasonable time during the period of the holiday;
(e) To keep the property and all furniture,
utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the
property in the same state of repair and condition as at
the commencement of the holiday and to ensure that at the
end of the holiday the property is left in the same state
of order and cleanliness in which it was found. The Property
Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for
any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy.
(f) To report as soon as possible to the Property Owner any breakages or damage caused by the Holidaymaker during the holiday and to reimburse the Property Owner with the cost of replacement. The Property Owner reserves the right to make a claim against the Holidaymaker for repair or loss as a result of damage caused;
(g) To notify all other members of the Holidaymaker's
party of these conditions;
(h) To arrive after 3 p.m. on the arrival day and to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been agreed with the Property Owner.
We reserve the right to amend our terms should
circumstances dictate.
