GENERAL

The cottage has oil central heating, visitors have full control of the heating system and all radiators have individual thermostats.

The cottage is spacious, the alterations have not interfered with the character of the cottage. It is in a very peaceful location, on a quiet lane, on the side of a mountain with views of other mountains of Snowdonia.
From the garden it is possible to watch the Mountain steam railway go up and down Snowdon.

The area has many fully accessible attractions and walks, details are available in the cottage and can be discussed with the owners.

In one direction there is also about a mile of fairly level lane from the cottage that traverses the mountain and opens up views over the Menai Straits to Anglesey, and on an extremely clear day Ireland and the Isle of Man.

The owners will make every effort to make any reasonable adjustments that are needed to meet any special requirements and would be delighted to discuss your personal requirements and queries with you.

Simon and Lesley Wilson.
